Questions About Boxing?
If you're unsure about boxing training and what it entails the best way for you to get an introduction to it is by booking a trial session. This will consist of light full body conditioning work where I meet you where your current fitness level is at, as well as an overview of boxing fundamentals.
For your first few sessions all you will need is your regular gym or exercise attire, water or another form of hydration and a smile!
As you progress you will need boxing wraps and gloves. I will always make sure to give you plenty of notice on equipment needs as you progress on your boxing and fitness journey.
None whatsoever! I always make sure to tailor or sessions to your current fitness level, as well as your overall goals.
During your first training session with us, you can expect a personalized boxing and fitness experience tailored to your goals. By the end of the session you can expect to have a better understanding of your current fitness level, a solid understanding of throwing a 1 & 2 punch as well as the basics of slipping punches. From there we will gradually build your strength and stamina while steadily adding more techniques.
Boxing offers numerous benefits, including improved fitness, strength, endurance, and stress relief. It's an effective way to enhance cardiovascular health, boost confidence, and learn self-defense skills. Experience these advantages by trying a trial session with a focus on conditioning and fundamental boxing techniques. Most of all it's fun!
Right after your first session you'll feel great from the immediate dopamine boost that follows good exercise. As you continue to work with Moe, you'll first notice an improvement in your cardio and respiratory system. Science has shown that regular exercise also improves your memory, focus, and overall hormone levels. Within a few weeks of sessions you'll notice muscle development that translates into your movements, enabling you to punch, pivot and move better generally.

Yes, for experienced boxers and elite athletes I offer pad work, sparring sessions, HIIT workouts and workouts formulated after assessing their specific fitness level, strengths and weaknesses.
As we go through our sessions and your fitness level and technique improve, we will increasingly incorporate more difficult skills and combos. Soon, you can also track your progress through my app, and by connecting your Apple watch to get exact metrics!
